3. Calls and Email
We provide ways to communicate and get in touch with you via email and call back on your mobile phone. Our telephone landlines are located in the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore, so you should accept possible cross-border transmission of calls and incoming calls from abroad. We bear part of the cost of the call and not the part that your operator may charge you.
Call recording may be illegal in some areas, but in Hong Kong the law allows us to record calls. If you state that you are a U.S. person and we are recording in the United States, we will stop the recording at your request.
