Condemnation Statement: Repeated Censorship and Arbitrary Restrictions by QQ Platform
When a platform binds speech in the name of “safety” and “order,” what it preserves is not civilization, but fear.
Fear that does not come from violence, but from systemic censorship — from the invisible bureaucracy of “content moderation,” “security verification,” and “risk control.” In the empire of data, silence is manufactured, and obedience is coded into the system.
In recent months, the QQ platform has repeatedly imposed restrictions, suspensions, and forced identity verifications on the Tkong QQ group and associated accounts, citing vague accusations such as “suspected dissemination of illegal information or organization of related activities.”
Ironically, the so-called “suspicion” comes without evidence, the “illegality” without law, and the “organization” without intent. Thus we witness a platform once celebrated for innovation devolve into a primitive instrument of domestication.
This is not an isolated case, but a symptom of civilizational decay — where algorithms replace justice, reporting replaces dialogue, and silence is rebranded as virtue.
What we are facing is not simply a flawed system, but a form of digital colonization: a new empire where the colonizer is not a nation but a network, not an army but an algorithm.
In this digital colony, control is disguised as protection, censorship is reframed as “safety,” and identity verification becomes the new passport of obedience. The modern subject no longer confesses before God or the State, but before a login screen that demands proof of loyalty.
Tkong exists precisely to resist this.
We believe speech is not a crime, and thought is not a threat.
A healthy society does not maintain order by erasing ideas, nor prove loyalty by demanding verification. It grows through disagreement, evolves through transparency, and sustains itself through the dignity of free will.
Therefore, we hereby declare:
- The Tkong QQ group will remain active, as one of the few remaining spaces for connection and exchange.
- We will no longer comply with any form of message censorship, keyword filtering, or self-castrating “compliance mechanisms.” Speech is the responsibility of the speaker, not the platform’s algorithm.
- Official Tkong announcements will be drastically reduced on QQ, and will gradually migrate to open, international, and uncensored channels.
- We call upon all members to speak rationally, autonomously, and freely. In an age of fear, speech itself is courage; in an age of silence, honesty itself is rebellion.
A colonized mind does not need chains — it is sustained by voluntary silence.
And so long as fear convinces people that silence is safety, the system has already won.
But Tkong refuses to be a collaborator of silence.
We would rather walk on the edge of bans, deletions, and warnings than breathe comfortably in the greenhouse of censorship. We would rather be vulnerable and awake than safe and voiceless.
We do not seek confrontation for its own sake. What we reject is the arrogance of platforms that presume to define what may be said, and by whom. What we condemn is the quiet violence of erasure — the replacement of conversation with compliance.
Tkong belongs to no nation, no regime, and no corporation.
It belongs to the people who still believe in freedom, integrity, and truth.
We do not kneel before censorship, nor pray to algorithms.
We need no permit to think, and no verification to exist.
When technology becomes a shackle, thought must be the hammer.
When platforms build walls, we will walk the sky.
Freedom is never granted — it is taken, defended, and reborn.
And Tkong chooses to be that wind which cannot be tamed.

當一個平台以「安全」與「秩序」之名對言論施加鎖鏈，它所維繫的並非文明，而是恐懼。
這種恐懼不來自暴力，而源自制度化的審查，來自那些看似中立卻冷酷運作的「風控系統」、「內容監測」、「安全審核」。在這個被數據統治的時代，言論的自由正在被逐步技術化地剝奪，而人們甚至來不及察覺。
近期，QQ 平台多次以「涉嫌傳播違法違規信息或組織相關活動」為由，對 Tkong QQ 群及相關帳號進行限制、封禁與強制身份驗證。這些指控從未給出明確依據，卻足以讓一個社群陷入噤聲。
諷刺的是，「涉嫌」從未有證據，「違法」從未見法條，「活動」也不過是普通的思想交流。當思想被當作風險、對話被定義為威脅，平台的技術便成了文明退化的鐵證。
我們不願僅僅把這視為一次「技術誤判」。
這是文明衰退的象徵，是數位極權的延伸。當一個社會習慣於用「合規」來取代「正義」，用「風險」來掩蓋「恐懼」，用「安全」來壓制「自由」，那麼自由的喪失便不再需要暴力，它只需要默許。
我們看見，在數據帝國的高牆之內，算法代替法治，告密代替溝通，沉默被包裝為美德，而思想被改寫為「不穩定因素」。
這樣的現象並非中國獨有。當代世界正陷入一場「數字殖民」。
這場殖民不再以槍炮為界，而以伺服器為疆；不再掠奪土地，而是掠奪語言與思想。當權力藉由平台掌握言論的閘門，人民便不再擁有完整的自我。
在這個新殖民秩序之下，「審查」取代了「對話」；「封禁」成了「治理」；而「沉默」被讚美為「理性」。
Tkong 的存在，正是為了與這種殖民語境抗衡。
我們相信，言論不應被定義為罪，思考不應被誤作威脅。真正的社會穩定，來自於公民自由的成熟，而非恐懼下的順從。
一個健康的公共空間，應容許辯論、容忍差異、尊重冒犯；因為沒有爭論的世界，只剩空洞的服從。
因此，我們在此宣布並重申：
- Tkong QQ 群將繼續保留，作為思想互通與人際連結的最後殘跡。這個群體的存在，不是因為平台的寬容，而是因為我們拒絕屈服。
- 我們不再配合任何形式的訊息審查、關鍵詞過濾或自我閹割式的「合規」操作。 言論的責任，應由發言者自行承擔，而非由平台機器決定。
- Tkong 官方通知將大幅減少在 QQ 群內的發布頻率， 並逐步轉移至不受平台干預的開放網路與國際通道。這不僅是策略，更是態度——我們拒絕在封閉的圍牆中尋求呼吸。
- 我們呼籲所有成員理性、自主、自由地發聲。 因為在恐懼蔓延的時代，發聲本身即是勇氣；在沉默被獎勵的社會，誠實是一種反抗。
Tkong 不是一個逃避現實的避風港，而是一面鏡子。
它照見了今日的荒謬，也提醒著人們：當言論被系統化地審查，當公民被迫「驗證身份」以換取基本權利，這已不再是安全問題，而是尊嚴的崩潰。
我們清楚知道，一個被殖民的精神世界，並非靠外力維持，而是靠自願的沉默。恐懼讓人學會自我審查，讓人相信「不說話」就是安全。
但安全從來不屬於沉默的人。真正的安全，來自能夠說出真實的勇氣。
我們拒絕成為沉默的共謀。
我們寧願在被刪帖、被封禁、被警告的邊緣繼續前行，也不願在被「保護」的溫室中慢性窒息。
我們寧願承擔風險，也不願失去思想。
因為思想一旦被禁錮，靈魂便無處可逃。
Tkong 不屬於任何國家、任何權力、任何平台。它屬於那些仍相信自由與尊嚴的人。
我們不向審查低頭，也不向算法祈禱。
我們不需要許可證來思考，也不需要身份驗證來存在。
當技術成為枷鎖，我們將以思想為錘。
當平台築起高牆，我們就從天空越過。
自由不會自動降臨，它需要被捍衛；
